We spent a few days at this resort and were taken aback by its peaceful ambiance and direct beach access. The rooms were stylish and comfortable, making it a great spot for relaxation. However, the villa we rented had some quirks with the louvre windows that affected our stay. Overall, it's a beautiful place with a lot to offer, but there are some improvements needed for a more comfortable experience, especially during the hot days.

My stay at Tambor Tropical was truly a memorable experience! The resort has breathtaking views and gorgeous grounds, reminiscent of a tropical paradise. The rooms were spacious but lacked air conditioning, which made the heat somewhat challenging. However, the warmth of the staff and the quality of the restaurant's offerings made up for it. It's definitely a place I'd recommend for both relaxation and adventure on the Nicoya Peninsula.
